1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingPilot ("the Platform"), operated at tradingpilot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

TradingPilot is a prop trading firm comparison and review platform. We provide tools to compare challenges, read reviews, find deals, track payouts, and earn TP Tokens through our loyalty program. TradingPilot does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or broker services.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

TradingPilot participates in affiliate programs with various prop trading firms. When you click "Buy" or "Get Deal" links on our platform, you may be redirected to a prop firm's website through an affiliate link. TradingPilot may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews, ratings, or TP scores, which are based entirely on user-submitted reviews.

4. TP Tokens Loyalty Program

4.1 Earning Tokens

Users earn TP Tokens by purchasing prop firm challenges through TradingPilot affiliate links and confirming their purchase. Tokens are credited after purchase verification by our team, typically within 48 hours.

4.2 Token Value

TP Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other users, or sold. Tokens can only be redeemed for rewards available in the TradingPilot Shop.

4.3 Verification

To claim tokens, users must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or screenshot). Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all earned tokens.

4.4 Token Expiration & Changes

TradingPilot reserves the right to modify the token earning rate, reward costs, or program terms at any time. We may expire unused tokens with 30 days notice via email. Token balances are non-transferable and tied to individual user accounts.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must not create multiple accounts to abuse the loyalty program or voting system.

6. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant TradingPilot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and comply with our review guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false reviews or fraudulent purchase claims
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, tokens, or reviews
• Attempt to exploit the TP Tokens system through unauthorized means
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Impersonate other users or entities

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites (prop trading firms). TradingPilot is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third-party sites. Your interactions with prop trading firms are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TradingPilot does not guarantee the accuracy of firm data, reviews, payout statistics, or any other information displayed on the Platform. Trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradingPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from reliance on Platform information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
